All our shipments have a fixed cost of € 4.25 regardless of what you buy and are made through Correos or through Spring GDS if not specified otherwise.

The delivery time of any purchase (unless otherwise specified) is 3 to 12 days since the order was placed.

To know the status of your order, you can check it using the tracking number that we will send to you within 48 hours of making the purchase.

At the moment we do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

I haven't reached the tracking number

If it has been 48 hours since you received the purchase and you have not received the tracking number of your shipment, please check your SPAM email, since it is possible that you have reached that folder by mistake. All purchases made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are updated during Monday.

When will I recive my order ?

As our shipping conditions indicate unless otherwise specified, you should receive the order between 3 and 12 days after you made the purchase. You can use the tracking number we have sent you to know the status of your order.

I have bought several products with different delivery times. When will my order arrive?

If you have purchased several products that have different shipping dates, the longest date will always prevail, since we will group the orders. If you want several shipments made on your order (partial shipments) you must pay the price of an additional shipment.
