If you want to make a return you have a period of 14 days from when you received the order to inform us about the return. Then you can read the different cases in which a return is applied.
1.- The order has been incomplete, in poor condition or you have received a different product
If by mistake you have received your order incompletely, in poor condition or you have received a product different from the one you purchased, please send us an email to email@example.comAnd we will take care of everything without any cost to the buyer.
If you have made the purchase of a product and want to return it because you have not liked it or simply because you have changed your mind, you have two ways to make the return:
- You can send the product yourself indicating the number of your orderto the following address: Passeig Garsa 16, 08197 Sant Cugat del Vallès.All shipping costs related to shipping will be borne by the buyer and Zengarsa is not responsible for the receipt of the goods, so we recommend you send by registered mail.
- If you prefer, we can send you a return label that you can print and deposit the shipment at any post office. This service has a cost of € 3.70 which will be deducted from the amount of the return.
Once we receive the refund for withdrawal, we will examine it and verify that everything is in good condition. If a product is in poor condition we reserve the right to cancel the refund.
If you want to make a change by size / color we can send a carrier to the address you indicate where the new product will deliver and you can give the product you want to change in hand. This service has a cost of € 9.99 which must be paid by the buyer before proceeding to change. If you want to make a change you can write us an email indicating your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
